Tow Dispatch Job Entry

The Call Entry process is divided into 5 sections.

  • Caller/Customer Record
  • Vehicle Identity Record
  • Services Requested and Priority
  • Pickup Location
  • To(Drop-off) Location

To assist with data entry, drop-down selections are made available when possible.

In order to manage the records, the system assigns a Call Number automatically for each new Call entered.
